The Kriz-Davis
Company was founded in 1945 by Henry Kriz, his son Robert, and James
Davis. Over the next 30 years, the company grew into 5 locations,
in 3 states, serving all facets of the electrical industry. Upon their
retirement in 1974, they, along with the board of directors, established
an ESOP program where the company was purchased by the employees.
Today, the company is 100% employee owned, with 13 locations
covering six states. We are a full line electrical distributor,
having continuously served the electrical utilities, industrial /
automation, electrical contractor, and data/comm for 63 years.
